Our family’s New Year’s visit to Grand Canyon National Park was our first trip there in over 14 years. On that trip it was a quick, couple of hours stop along our route when we moved from California to Texas. Not only was this trip different because we were able to stay the night inside the park (always a plus), but we brought along our dog Gryff.
