You know, sometimes, if you don’t laugh, you’ll cry.
And although thankfully it’s not that bad, I am getting a little tired of one issue after another.
I mean, what did we pay for a home inspection for anyway?

And also in case you didn’t know, if your faucet is so old and corroded that you can’t unscrew the bolt and you have to cut it apart with a Sawsall to get it out, it’s long past time to get a new one anyway.

On the bright side, we got a pretty new Moen faucet with a spot resist Stainless finish and I like to touch it and watch my fingerprints disappear (I have two little kidlets, I don’t get out much).
