It’s been awhile since I showed you my progress on the yard little sneak peek. Since then I’ve finished with the front flower bed and some other sprucing up of the yard as well, pulling out dead trees and such. Plus some ideal weather has made for green grass and leaves on the trees that are still alive. Yay!
Let’s take another look at what we started with. Basically, lots of blah. An over sized planter bed retained by some rotting wood logs filled with dead and/or overgrown plants.

I’ve still got lots of work to do in this front part of the yard, and don’t even get me started on the rest of the yard. It’s pretty overwhelming and if I think about all the work that needs to be done it makes me go huddle in a corner, rocking back and forth while I chew on my hair.
Really.
