So, here’s the thing. I’m still trying to lose the baby weight (obviously, since my little lady isn’t even 3 months old yet!) and even though it hasn’t been that long and I know that it takes almost a year to gain the weight, so you should give yourself at least that long to lose it, I am getting frustrated because it seems to be coming off much. slower. this. time.
I know how important it is to eat breakfast in the morning, and how important it is to make sure you get some protein, but some mornings I’m just not that hungry, or more often, I’m just too busy! That’s why a lot of mornings I have a protein smoothie for breakfast. I also find that when I make mine a little sweet tasting, it helps to curb my cravings for sweets later on in the day!
This yummy berry cobbler protein smoothie  has about 220 calories and 18 grams of protein, depending on the particular types of ingredients you use; for example, I like to use fat free milk, but you could substitute any type of milk you like, like almond or soy.
