framed silhouette nativity

Table of Contents

My family came up for Thanksgiving last week and it was so fun having them up here! As if that wasn’t present enough, my mom brought me an early Christmas present that she made and I wanted to share it because I am really enjoying it, and it would be so simple to make!

You may recognize my gallery wall has some seasonal additions. 🙂 The wise men and shepherds are in 5 X 7″ frames and Mary, Joseph and the baby are in an 8 X 10″ so rather than just set them on a flat surface somewhere (the frames also have easels on the back for tabletop use), I switched out a few of my pictures for the framed nativity and they fit in the spaces perfectly!
This would be really simple to make if you have a Cricut or Silhouette machine, but you could of course trace the images on black paper with a white pencil and cut it out with some sharp craft scissors. Then the silhouettes are just mounted onto scrapbook paper with foam sticky dots.
