This Cinnamon Chocolate Crumble Cake is probably the most moist (say that five times fast) coffee cake you will ever have! I’ve adapted it from a recipe I once found and included even more cinnamon (I especially love Chinese cinnamon, so amazing!), a sprinkling of nutmeg, and some semi-sweet chocolate chips in the crumble. It’s delicious as-is, no frosting required, but some cream cheese frosting or powdered sugar glaze on top would be extra decadent.
