I read some article a little while ago that talked about how one of the problems with Pinterest is there’s all these “weird” desserts out there because everyone is trying to do something new that will catch people’s attention; people keep combining all these different desserts together and geez people, can’t a cookie ever just be a cookie anymore?
For some things I agree…
… but not for these fall-tastic marbleized pumpkin bars.
These bars have a chocolate chip cookie crust, and then are topped with a layer of chocolate brownie swirled together with pumpkin pie filling.
I know, right?
Other than the fact that they are super moist, they are also awesome because they’re so easy to make. You can make your own cookie dough and your own brownie batter, but if you use refrigerated cookie dough and a box of brownie mix, these bars become a super quick treat.
Get the recipe {here}.
And I finally get to cross an item off our Fall Bucket List!

This look amazing! I'm pinning to make them for Thanksgiving as I'm the one in charge of 3 pumpkin dishes for the big day.
Oh yay! I hope you love them! I ended up sending the whole pan with my hubby to work and he said they disappeared QUICKLY!
I know, right? So many yummy things together! 🙂 And they're so simple to make! Enjoy!
