Since I found out I was pregnant with our fifth baby I realized some things had to change. As much as we had planned for this baby, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t already feel like I was running around like a crazy person half the time. Life is just busy in general. Add in four children all under the age of eight and it takes that crazy to a whole new level. Back in June when I saw the word “pregnant” on that little white stick I knew that I would have to simplify my life even more than I already had. simple steps to simplifying your life
saying yes to “me” time
One thing that I’ve had to start doing is saying no more often. However, I’ve realized that the more I say no the more I’m able to say yes. Yes to me time.

Simplifying certain aspects of my life has led to more time to take care of myself. I have learned that self care as a mother is so important. Not just for me, but to the health and happiness of the family as a whole. That’s where Well Yes!® Soups come in. With their soups that are crafted with care I’m ready to take back some me time. That includes taking better care of myself.
simplifying your life at mealtime
With Well Yes! Soups I’m only moments away from a nutritious meal that I know the whole family will love. They’re made with quality ingredients that I can feel good about eating and sharing with my loved ones. I’m a big fan of the fact that they have no artificial flavors or ingredients. I also love not having a big dinner mess to clean up. Or listening to my little ones argue with me about eating all of it.
Am I right?
A quick and delicious mealtime means that I have more time for myself and my family. A simple dinner means I’m spending less time in the preparation and cleanup. It’s a first step towards simplifying, but I think it’s a big one.

These soups look so good for coming from a can. I could definitely say yes to those haha. And congratulations on your 5th child!
I’ve tried these and they are really tasty! They really are a great way to simplify mealtime. We’re just expecting baby #2 and I’m already feeling an urge to simplify!
I need to try these! They would be perfect for work!!
I totally agree that by saying no more often, we get the chance to say yes to ourselves more. #client
I haven’t seen these products but I’m definitely looking for them! What a great way to simplify!
Oh man, simplifying sounds so simple (haha, get it?) in theory, but putting it into practice is hard! I definitely agree with you about how when you say no to certain things, you are automatically saying yes to others. It’s all about balance. (And trying not to lose your mind…)
I’ve never tried this plan but I keep seeing it everywhere. Need to give it a try.
