There are lots of things that I love about California and one of those things is our amazing agriculture. I love that we can enjoy fresh fruits and veggies all year round. Even though the rest of the country might be welcoming fall, today I’m sharing a fruit dip that’s perfect anytime. Did you know that California produce a large amount of fruits and veggies for the entire country? Not only that, but California is also the nation’s leading dairy state! This post is sponsored by Real California Milk but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.
easy fruit dip recipe
This pink fruit dip combines berries with Real California milk products like cream cheese and yogurt. The best part is that it’s only four ingredients. That means you’re only a few minutes away from a healthy and delicious snack! Are you familiar with the Real California Milk seal? Look for it on your favorite dairy products the next time you’re in the store! 99% of the dairies in California are family owned. So when you make a purchase bearing the Real California Milk seal you’re making a purchase that supports real people who work hard to provide you with quality dairy foods.

Pro chef tip: did you know you can help keep apple slices from browning with salt water? Put your cut apple slices in salt water (1/2 teaspoon of salt for each cup of water) and let them soak for about 10 minutes. Then make sure you dry completely and store in an airtight container!
- 1 10 oz frozen berries, defrosted (I like to use a mix but only raspberries are good too!)
- 1/2 cup Real California cream cheese
- 1 cup Real California yogurt (any flavor works, my favorite is vanilla!)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
-
Blend all ingredients together and use as a dip for fruit such as melon spears, bananas, or apple slices.
