Today is the day I’m sharing the finished result of our big office and guest room remodel! In last week’s blog post I talked about what we needed from the space. I also shared our journey to Wallbeds “n” More in Rocklin, California. I usually like to talk a lot on here, some might say too much, wink wink. So today I think I’ll let the pictures do the talking because I think the space turned out perfectly! This post in in collaboration with Wallbeds “n” More in Rocklin, California. Although we received a discount we did a lot of research and all opinions are my own.
office remodel needs
We were able to choose the width of the towers on the side of the unit. We opted for open shelving for the skinnier tower. Since this is a guest room also we decided that it would be best if the wider tower had hanging storage. That’s not the end of the customization we had control over though. We also got to pick what stain, hardware, and any extras we wanted for our wallbed!
guest room remodel touches
Obviously the wallbed is what really makes this office a guest room. We were lucky that we had enough space for a Queen size bed in our room. However, we could have gotten our library wallbed in a full sized mattress if we had needed to. Wallbeds “n” More in Rocklin, California has a wallbed that will fit any need and any space!
We had some great art pieces that we hadn’t hung yet, including a special piece I bought for Mike at Christmas. So, we decided that this space was the perfect place to display some of our maps. We stuck with a calm and neutral color scheme but you know I love some pops of color too. The walls are Mountain Haze by Behr.
I know it’s hard to believe, but I think I like how this office remodel turned out even more than my last one. What do you think?
