ask for gift certificates for birthdays and holidays
There are lots of theme parks, airlines, and even hotels that sell gift cards. However, if you purchase a gift certificate through Get Away Today then the recipient can use it for any of their destinations. This means that they get to pick if they use the funds towards a cruise, theme park, or tropical getaway. With well over a dozen destinations and adventures to choose from the hard part will be deciding where to go! Best of all, gift certificates don’t expire until two years from date of purchase.

utilize a lay away plan
Our family lives as debt-free as possible (you know, besides our mortgage because we live in California). That’s why Get Away Today’s Layaway Plan is so convenient. This option is available for the Disneyland® Resort, San Diego, Carlsbad and Universal Studios Hollywood destinations that they offer. The Layaway Plan allows you to make an initial minimum payment of $175 and then pay it off at the rate and pace that you’d like to. This also locks in your vacation cost if prices go up! Note that your vacation must be paid in full by eight days before your departure date.
