what is a charcuterie (or grazing) board?

Charcuterie boards spiked in popularity the past couple of years but they’ve been around for awhile. Traditionally charcuterie boards are made up of meats and cheeses, usually with some fruits and nuts. The name charcuterie comes from the French words for flesh (chair) and cooked (cuit). Thankfully, today there’s quite a variety of charcuterie boards to assemble. No matter what occasion or meal, you can put together a fun spread that will impress! If you’ve got a large crowd then try making a grazing table, which is basically just a giant version of a charcuterie board!
