This French toast recipe is the perfect breakfast for busy mornings since you make it the night before!
Mix together brown sugar, butter, and honey in a saucepan and melt over medium heat. Be careful not to let the butter mixture burn.
Prepare a 9x13" pan with cooking spray and pour the butter mixture in.
Mix eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Lay the bread slices side by side in the pan and pour all the egg mixture over it.
Drizzle more honey on top of the Brioche slices and then cover the pan and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning take the pan out of the refrigerator and place in over while it preheats to 350°. Bake for approximately 35 minutes.
